Post-16 Visual Pathway
Gloucestershire’s post-16 visual pathway was developed to help young people and those supporting them to understand what pathways are available at post-16 and beyond. Developed after consultation with practitioner's, the tool is designed to assist in finding which pathways would be most suitable for the young person after secondary education.
By clicking on each segment, it will redirect to its own page, detailing more about the selected area. From the multitude of options available at post-16 to preparing for life after education; the visual can be used to plan next steps after secondary education and prepare for adulthood in a holistic way. Allowing young people, professionals, and carers to explore the four key elements of preparation for adulthood: education, training, and employment; independent living; community involvement; and staying healthy.
The visual can be accessed through here: https://www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/education-and-learning/post-16/post-16-visual-pathway/
