Early Years SEND Feedback Survey

We are currently working on our Childcare Sufficiency Duty report and are keen to gather information from parents and carers of children aged 0-18 for children with Special educational needs and disabilities, about how they use childcare and their experiences of seeking access to childcare.
We would be grateful if you could complete the survey and circulate the link to the survey as widely as possible to other families, to enable us to gather as much information as possible.
The questions and length of the survey will vary depending on the age of the child/children but should take no more than 25 minutes to complete. The survey opened on 21st July 2023 and closes at 5pm on 25th August 2023
Importantly this feedback will help us to shape improvements to the future of childcare delivery in Gloucestershire and support the availability of childcare provision to meet continuing demand.
