We need your help! We are looking for your views on how we present information to explain the different health and care pathways in Gloucestershire. We want to make our pathways clearer so that you get the right support, at the right time, from the right professionals. Your feedback will help shape the work we are doing by ensuring that support reflects the lived experiences of families and addresses the challenges they face. Have your say survey - help us shape the Local Offer Health and Care Pathways
We want to know your views on how we present information to explain different Health and Care pathways in Gloucestershire. A pathway is a step-by-step journey a family follows to get help and support. We want to make our pathways clearer so that you get the right support, at the right time, from the right professionals.
A clear pathway should help families understand:
- what support is available;
- how to access it;
- who is responsible for what, and;
- what to expect at each stage.
This helps to reduce the frustration of navigating complex systems.
Your feedback is important as it helps ensure that support reflects the lived experiences of families and addresses the challenges they face.
The survey should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete. When you submit the form, it will NOT automatically collect your details like your name and email address unless you provide it yourself.
