Annual Parent Carer Survey reminder – closing date is 8 December

If you are a parent carer of a child or young person aged between 0 to 25 years old with special educational needs and/ or disabilities (SEND), who is receiving education or support in Gloucestershire, then this survey is for you.
The Annual Parent Carer Survey opened on 25 October and is an effective way that the SEND and Inclusion Local Area Partnership (SILAP) can hear from you. It is an anonymous questionnaire that asks for feedback about the Education, Health and Care services and support available for children and young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
We encourage you to take this opportunity to share your views and experiences. It is helpful and important for us to hear about the advice, support and information you currently receive, how helpful it is, and how you think support and services can improve.
The information you share in the survey will help the Partnership (SILAP) to better understand how to make continuous improvement to the services and offer for families.
The local area improvement plan has been developed from your feedback and the SEND Inspection. You can use this link to the Improvement plan to see the current priorities and progress.
How do I complete the survey?
The survey opened on Friday 25 October and will remain open until Sunday 8 December 2024, at 5pm.
