Welcome to the Families in Partnership newsletter for December 2025 - supporting families with SEND

This newsletter for families with SEND is published monthly and shares the latest updates, news and developments in Gloucestershire.
We are covering topics you tell us are important. In this issue we have information about the new special school in Cheltenham, Phase Transfer for children with an EHC Plan and a range of activities for you and your family to enjoy.
In this December issue, you will find information on plans for a new special school in Cheltenham, a free travel bursary scheme for young people aged between 14 and 25 and dates for your diary including Gloucestershire Parent Carer Forum’s annual SEND Fair planned for early February.
We have also included information on holiday opening arrangements for our co-production partners and lots of activities for the family during the festive period
