Healthwatch Gloucestershire

Healthwatch Gloucestershire are undertaking a project throughout February related to Social Care (for age 18+) and specifically the care people receive in their own homes.
We would like to hear from those who receive the care and their loved ones (unpaid carers), to find out their experiences of accessing the care, as well as receiving it.
We are aware through feedback already received that some people have struggled to find helpful information and we are interested in the whole experience of accessing and receiving the care. We want to hear what works well and what could be improved.
All the feedback received will be confidential and can remain anonymous.
There are various ways people can get involved and they are:-

Join an online focus group
These small discussion groups (approx 5 participants) will take place via Zoom and more dates and times may be added if required.
- Monday 7 February - 2pm-5pm
- Tuesday 15 February - 10am-1pm
- Monday 21 February - 10am-1pm
