School nursing service is not just for children in schools…

School Nurses are available for all school aged children and offer support for a range of health issues.
These health issues are things such as continence, emotional and mental health worries, physical health and relationships issues. To find out more have a look at our school Nursing webpages.
You can make a referral to the School Nurses in your area by completing and submitting a School Nurse referral form.
If you are aged 11-19yrs old, you can text us on 07507 333 351 and we can chat through your worries via text.
