Children's Mental Health Week

The libraries are hosting a whole range of different activities across the county, as part of Children's Mental Health Week - they wanted to share what's going on, and how to get involved.

Mindful Movement with Shift

Move, feel good, let go of your worries, stretch it out and relax in the library with SHIFT.

In this session we will teach you about the science behind yoga and what effect it's having on your body and mind. Learn about mindfulness tools that you can easily use in your day to let go of worries, sleep better at night and feel more confident.

This session is free and suitable for children aged 8 - 13 years.
