Gloucestershire Parent Carer Forum SEND Information Fair 2026

  • Monday, 9 February 2026, 10.00am – 14.00pm
  • Leonardo Hotel, Gloucester Road, Cheltenham, GL51 0TS

Gloucestershire Parent Carer Forum is delighted to announce the return of the SEND Information Fair in 2026, a key event designed to support Parent Carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Taking place on Monday, 9 February 2026, from 10.00am to 2.00pm, the event will be held at the Leonardo Hotel, Cheltenham. This free-to-attend fair offers a welcoming, informative space for families to access advice, guidance and practical support all in one place.

This year’s event will be bigger than ever, with over 40 service providers joining us in our marketplace space. These organisations will cover a wide range of areas, including early years, education, health, social care, post-16 provision, and much more. It is an excellent opportunity for Parent Carers to speak directly with professionals, ask questions, and explore the services available to support their child or young person.

We are pleased to be joined by a strong line-up of keynote speakers, including Ann James, Director of Children’s Services; Kirsten Harrison, Director of Education; Amanda Henderson, Head of SEND; and Naomi Adams and Rhian Evans from the Disabled Children’s Team. They will share insights into local SEND developments and priorities, helping families better understand the support landscape in Gloucestershire.

There will also be drop-in clinics available throughout the event, provided by SENDIASS, the EHCP Casework Team, and the Early Help and Social Work Teams. These clinics offer a valuable chance to discuss individual queries in a supportive and confidential setting.

Tickets are free and are available via the Eventbrite booking link . For updates, visit the Gloucestershire Parent Carer Facebook page and website.

We look forward to welcoming parent carers, professionals and partners to what promises to be an informative, supportive and empowering day for Gloucestershire’s SEND community.
