Brighter minds in darker months: Mental health support for SEND families
In Gloucestershire, families have access to a variety of resources to support and boost their mental wellbeing.
'On Your Mind Glos'
It is a free resource where children, young people and their families can find help and support for their mental health when they aren’t sure where to go.
The 'Mental Health Support Finder' is available online and via text service for people aged 0-25 and will find the most appropriate resources within the county. For parents, carers and professionals there is also the 'List of Services Directory'.
The 'On Your Mind Glos' site also has self-help guides to provide general advice about how to look after yourself or your young person and support their mental wellbeing.
