Welcome to the Families in Partnership Newsletter for November 2025 - supporting families with SEND

Published
This newsletter for families with SEND in Gloucestershire is now published monthly - thank you for your feedback. The newsletter shares the latest updates, news and developments in and around the county. We are covering topics you tell us are important. In this issue there is information on new specialist early years sessions, on the Winter Holiday Activities programme, on a new pack for disabled learners considering universities and much more. With November being National Care Leavers Month, with Carers' Rights Day on 20 November and only five weeks left to respond to our Annual Parent Carer Survey - it's a busy month.

Our October edition detailed the Annual Parent Carer Survey - which is still open for responses until Friday, 5 December at 5pm.

You can find all the events and activities detailed on our new calendar on Gloucestershire's Local Offer: Support for Families with SEND . It contains information you need to help you identify suitable support, to increase your knowledge so you can make informed decisions about the resources needed to enable your child or young person with SEND to be able to participate, and to enjoy and achieve their goals.

This valuable website can also now also be accessed from the new virtual family hub for Gloucestershire
