Future me - engagement with children and young people across Gloucestershire

Published
This academic year, Future Me Gloucestershire will conduct wide-spectrum engagement with children and young people aged 10 – 25.

Visiting schools, colleges, alternative provisions and extra-curricular settings across each district, data and feedback will be collected so that the views of children and young people can shape services.

Our two objectives for this year are: firstly, to capture a ‘snap shot’ of how children and young people feel right now and secondly to take a ‘temperature gauge’ of how confident young people aged 14+ feel about preparing for adulthood. This county-wide engagement will be combined with more specific coproduction with our team our Youth Representatives and other young volunteers who share their views and experiences in greater detail.

You can share your views about what it feels like to be growing up with additional needs or disabilities in Gloucestershire with us at any time by emailing futureme@gloucestershire.gov.uk or message us on Instagram @futuremeglos. More information can be found on the Young People’s Local Offer. You can also view Future Me’s latest newsletter.
