Healthwatch Gloucestershire Survey

The latest Healthwatch Gloucestershire project is looking at Accessing Care through GP Practices. We would like to hear from and speak to the residents of Gloucestershire to understand their experiences of GP Services over the past 12 months.
We are looking at three specific areas which are Access, Technology and Staff Attitude. Some of the questions look at; how people book appointments; how long they wait to get through on the telephone; their experience of digital access; what they look for on the GP website; their experience of the Practice Staff.
