Join others at this month’s Listen to Me meet-ups for parent carers. This month, the Forum are also hosting training on phase transfer, will planning for SEND families and the Graduated Pathway. There are two further sessions with a focus on complex health and post –16 options.

Graduated Pathway training session

This session is in collaboration with SENDIASS to talk about the graduated pathway. If you have any specific questions that you would like addressed as part of this session, please email: info@glospcf.org.uk using the email title 'GRADUATED PATHWAY' and we will submit them for answering as part of the sessions.

Year 5 transition training session

Listen to Me coffee meet-ups

Join the team for a relaxed and welcoming coffee morning, designed for parent carers across Gloucestershire. These informal gatherings offer a chance to connect with others, share experiences and access support in your local area!

This autumn term, why not join the friendly team for a chat over a cuppa (the first drink is free) and a chance to share experiences and feedback?  Whether you're new to the community or a regular attendee, everyone is welcome.

Complex Health session

A targeted session for Parent Carers who have children with complex medical conditions that may be life-limiting.


Post-16 session

Wednesday, 15 October, 9:30am - 11:00am

Gloucester Garden Centre, Bath Road, Gloucester GL10 3DP. 

A targeted session for Parent Carers who care for young people aged 16-25 to gain advice and support about post-16 and post-18 transitions.
