This newsletter for families with SEND is now published monthly - thank you for your feedback. The newsletter shares the latest updates, news and developments in Gloucestershire. We are covering topics you tell us are important. In this issue we focus on the Annual Parent Carer Survey for families with SEND, Carers' rights and preparing for adulthood.

You can find all the events and activities detailed on our new calendar on Gloucestershire's Local Offer: Support for Families with SEND . It contains information you need to help you identify suitable support, to increase your knowledge so you can make informed decisions about the resources needed to enable your child or young person with SEND to be able to participate, and to enjoy and achieve their goals.  

This valuable website can also now also be accessed from the new virtual family hub for Gloucestershire 

The new platform has easy functionality to both translate and interpret in many different languages providing a gateway to information, advice, and resources from trusted sources from Health, Holiday Activity programme, Children and Family Centres, 'Best Start in Life' and much more.  The platform has been co-produced with families and partners with ongoing use of AI analytics. The virtual family hub is easy to download as an app on your phone, while not taking any of your 'phone’s data.
