Families already receiving vouchers for eligible children do not need to re-apply, but you must update us of any relevant changes to your circumstances. This includes:
- Number of eligible children
- Contact details
- Address
Vouchers will only be awarded once a parent has registered for the scheme and cannot be backdated.
Vouchers are usually distributed during the week leading up to the day schools break up to support families with the cost of food during that holiday period.
The vouchers should be used in the holiday period in which they are provided. If you do not receive your vouchers before start of the school holiday period, please contact us before children return to school. We are unable to re-issue vouchers after the holiday period. If vouchers are not claimed and have expired, they cannot be re-issued.
