Section 10 - Signposting and referrals

How did you provide participants and their families with information, signposting or referrals to other services and support?

In Gloucestershire for each HAF holiday we produce an Access to Resources booklet.  This booklet is available for each provider and District Lead Organisation so that they are able to actively sign post families to support. 

The HAF Community Connector Service delivered in each District also provides advice and support to families about other services available during the programme.
