Support for Carers at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust recently launched our Carers Charter.
This charter demonstrates our recognition of the huge impact Carers have and our commitment to work as partners with Carers to give the best care to our patients.
There is so much support that is available to Carers at Gloucestershire Hospitals.
Carer boxes are placed in each in-patient area, and are packed full of useful information.
Carer Passports can also be provided. Please ask ward staff for assistance.
