16.1    In support of these CPRs, the Head of Strategic Procurement shall issue guidance, procedures and standard documents in the form of procurement guidance and toolkits. Authorised Officers shall comply with the content of such procurement guidance and toolkits when undertaking procurement activities and contract management.
