9.1      When seeking quotes for a contract or concession contract for the supply of goods or services with an Estimated Total Contract Value of £30,000 (including VAT) and over, Authorised Officers should use reasonable endeavours to seek at least one quote from a Gloucestershire based supplier. For goods and services contracts (including concession contracts) whose Estimated Total Contract Value is less than £30,000 (including VAT), Authorised Officers may wish to consider obtaining two quotes one of which is from a Gloucestershire based supplier.
