Extraordinary meetings of Scrutiny Committees (may be called by the:

9.1       Chair of the relevant Scrutiny Committee;

9.2       At least one quarter of the Scrutiny Committee membership signing a notice to the Chief Executive;

9.3       The Chief Executive; or

9.4       The Monitoring Officer.
