  1. Sometimes, Officers may disagree with one another about how to deal with a particular matter. They should resolve such issues between themselves, consulting with their line managers, if necessary.  Officers should never lobby Members privately to advance their own or their service’s interest relative to the interests of another Officer, service or the Council as a whole.
