Pop-up library sessions at Nailsworth Community Fire Station

During the closure of Nailsworth Library the council will ensure local people can continue to access and enjoy all the normal services.

Gloucestershire County Council will be running a series of pop-up Library sessions from the community room at the local fire station - Nailsworth Community Fire and Rescue Station.

Nailsworth Library will be closed from Wednesday 26 April until Monday 12 June for important building work and partial refurbishment.

The public will be able to request and collect books and have access to a small range of titles to browse from. 

With the support of the Library volunteers, a limited service will be running three days a week:

    • Mondays 15 and 22 May and Monday 5 June from 10am to 4pm
    • Wednesdays 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 May from 10am to 4pm
    • Saturdays 6, 13, 20 and 27 May and Saturday 3 June from 10am -1pm

The service will be closed on Mondays 1, 8 and 29 May due to the Public Bank Holidays.
