Come and chat careers over coffee
The careers and coffee drop-in aims to showcase the wide variety of health and social care career opportunities available across Gloucestershire, working with adults who have care and support needs.
It takes place on Wednesday 12 July at GL1 Leisure Centre, 1 Bruton Way, Gloucester, from 10am to 2pm. Tea, coffee and refreshments will be provided free of charge. There is no need to book, people can turn up on the day.
Attendees will receive free career and training advice from services across the NHS and Gloucestershire County Council including:
- Proud to Care
- Adult Education
- Gloucestershire Employment and Skills Hub
It’s a great opportunity for people who are interested in working in care to:
- Find out what roles are available across the sector
- Learn what training and development opportunities there are
- Seek career advice and guidance and receive support to develop CVs
- Sign up to the Proud to Care jobs board
