Practice Development Team

The Practice Development Team do their part to make Adult Social Care a place where staff:

• Have the right tools and resources to do their job
• Have relevant training to promote continual professional development
• Are able to focus on delivering quality practice so they can focus on people first,

They do this by questioning the norm, modelling quality in everything they do, organising training opportunities and creating space for reflection. Their reason for doing this is because they are passionate about the Social Work profession and care about their colleagues and the people they work with.
