Carers - Adult social care for carers
We are currently reviewing the Carers policy.
The carers policy is about Adult Social Care provided under the Care Act 2014 (the Care Act) for carers. It includes provisions for assessment (including transition assessment) and support planning.
In Gloucestershire, some Adult Social Care services for carers are provided on the council’s behalf by our specialist partners:
