The Quality Assurance Team
We review, support and seek to improve the quality of all adult social care services in Gloucestershire.

We involve user-led organisations (ULOs), which are organisations run by people who have experience of services themselves. 'Experts by Experience' use their own understanding of what it is like to receive care and support to assess the quality of a provider.
The Commissioning Quality Officers conduct Quality Reviews by visiting and speaking to providers and the people they support. They assess care and support delivery to ensure it is a high standard and that services are fulfilling their contractual obligations. Following this review the Officer will develop an action plan with timescales which will address any issues found during the visit. The objective is to provide support, guidance and implement best practice wherever possible.
