About our SMS Text message survey

With effect from Friday 30 January 2026, we will be sharing a very short survey with people who have received specific items of loaned equipment from GELS.

The survey will be issued via SMS text message with 4 short questions which simply need a Y (Yes) or N (No)  answer. They are:

• Has the equipment met your needs?
• Are you still using it?
• Do you still have it?
• Would you like GELS to collect it?

Example answer- YNYY. Please send your 4 letter reply with no spaces.
