How to apply for a Thriving Communities Grant

1. Set up your organisation’s account with Fund Gloucestershire

If this is your first time using Fund Gloucestershire, you will need to create an account for your organisation. You only need to do this once. 

Once you have registered, Fund Gloucestershire will securely store your information and documents, saving you time when you complete any future applications through the platform.  

2. Log in and start your application 

Once you have created an account, log in to Fund Gloucestershire and navigate to the Thriving Communities Grants page. You can find this in the "Funding Opportunities" section, or you can access the page directly using the button below.

Please read the eligibility criteria before applying.

You should apply for the fund in the Gloucestershire area where your activity takes place. There are separate application forms for each area, and one for 'county-wide' if you work across more than one. 

3. Complete and submit your application

Answer each question and save your application as you go. You can save at any time and return to it later. 

If you would like to prepare your answers in advance, you can download the full question set and complete it offline before entering your responses into the online form.  

Finally, check that all questions marked with an asterisk (*) have been completed and that your answers are accurate and complete. Once you are happy with your application, submit it for review.

The deadline is midnight, Friday 16 October 2026.
