Who is the framework for?
The framework has been specifically designed for system organisations and partnerships who have a statutory duty, including:
- Clinical programme groups
- Gloucestershire County Council
- Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust
- Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
- Integrated locality partnerships
- The ICB
Using this framework and accompanying resources, we ask these system organisations and partnerships to set down their high level commitments towards reducing health inequalities over the forthcoming year or so. This aims to help organisations and partnerships to prioritise those activities that will enable them to best contribute to the wider system's collective efforts to impact on our shared health inequalities outcomes.
