- Gloucestershire County Council’s 2022-26 strategy - Building Back Better in Gloucestershire – outlines an ambition to ‘level up’ Gloucestershire Communities
- The Levelling Up Together grant scheme is an example of how resources can be targeted to support communities who feel they have been left behind.
- The most recent Director of Public Health’s Annual Report – No person is an island: Social Connections in Gloucestershire (2022) - explores examples of growing social connectedness, to reduce loneliness and reap the health benefits, in Gloucestershire. This new and more interactive format includes short videos and case studies.
- Gloucestershire’s Interim Integrated Care System (ICS) Strategy - this document is designed to guide system partners (including those working in health and care, and the voluntary and community sector, as well as communities and individuals) to work together to achieve the common goals and vision. It sets out where, through working together, the county is making transformational changes in health, care, and wellbeing; and details our ambitions for the future.
National resources
- The Core20PLUS5 approach - Core20PLUS5 is a national NHS England and NHS Improvement approach to support the reduction of health inequalities at both national and at integrated care system level. The approach defines a target population cohort – the ‘Core20’ – and identifies ‘5’ focus clinical areas requiring accelerated improvement.
