Our new Mental Health Service at Gloucestershire County Council supports adults whose social care needs arise from a primary, non‑organic mental health condition. Our team works across diverse settings, from community environments to inpatient services, delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support. We are recruiting for several key roles to help shape and deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support. 

We are looking for:

  • Assistant Head of Mental Heath Services - RB1
  • Deputy Social Care Manager - Grade 11
  • Social Work Leads - Grade 10
  • Social Care Lead - Grade 9
  • Mental Health Social Workers - Grade 8
  • Adult Social Care Practitioners - Grade 7

These roles form part of our new service in Adult Social Care to launch on 1st June 2026!
