Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Occupational Health

As our most valuable asset, it’s important that we do our best to support you, and help you look after yourself. Our Employee Assistance Programme offers a free, confidential advice and counselling service – accessible 24/7 for matters both inside and outside of work, including mental health and financial advice. We also provide access to our independent Occupational Health service to help keep you well at work.

Induction programme

When you start with us, we won’t just leave you to it! You will have access to our corporate induction booklet which includes everything you need to know when working for us. Our new starters’ half day induction event will equip you with a broader understanding of the organisation, including hearing from our senior leaders about our vision and attending the ‘marketplace’ where you will have the chance to ask representatives from core services and employee networks any questions you have about joining GCC.
