Independent Complaint Investigator Statutory Complaints Procedure for Children’s Social Care
Successful applicants will be included on our Register of Independent People which is available to the complaints managers in the seven participating authorities. The amount of work offered will vary according to demand and is not guaranteed. You will be expected to work efficiently and in a timely manner within the statutory timescales, this role is primarily virtual, but some travel may be required.
Interviews to be held via Teams on 16th, 17th,18th and 27th September. Please note that should your application be successful; you will be required to attend a training session.
