New SAP: what this means for you

The new SAP system is live!

If you’ve not yet logged on, either because you experienced an issue or you haven’t received your activation email, we’ll be emailing you an email soon with instructions of what to do.

The way you view your payslips has changed

From April 2026, you’ll view your payslips via a new system called SAP SuccessFactors, even if you currently receive paper payslips.

You’ll log in to your new SAP SuccessFactors account using the email address that you use for the current mydocuments system.

You’ll be able to view all historical payslips and P60s relating to current employment(s) in the new SAP SuccessFactors system. 

SAP SuccessFactors has an app that you will be able to download on your phone/personal device if you would like to access your payslip this way.

Information for leaders, business managers and administrators

The new system will go live on 31 March, as planned, from late afternoon.

If you currently log into Schools Launchpad to submit payroll information on E-Forms, you’ll now access the new system from landing page called Workzone, which will provide E‑Forms, payroll reports, and, where applicable, the SIMS Payments app. 

Changes to E-Forms

If you work in administration, business management, or school leadership and regularly initiate or approve E-Forms for payroll, you can find more details on what this means for you. 

SIMs payments app: submit invoices directly into SAP

If your school purchases the ‘Payments and Income’ service from GCC, and you process school invoices you can find more details on what the SIMs app means for you.
