How to book
Do you need to travel inside one of The Robin areas, and there are no current bus routes that can help you? Then The Robin is for you! We will try and provide your journey as close to your preference as possible.

📞 Book over the phone - call The Robin call centre on 0345 2638139 - pay the driver (cash or contactless)
💻 Book via the website - pay via the website or choose to pay the driver
📲 Book via the phone app (Apple or Android) - pay via the app or choose to pay the driver
If your arrival time is important, for example if you are connecting with another bus, a train, or getting to an appointment, please use the 'arrive by' option when booking. Any flexibility needed may alter your pick up time slightly but your arrival time at your destination will be fixed.
You can book between two weeks in advance and up to one hour before you want to travel. Search or ask about a journey and you’ll be shown the best available options for your pick up and drop off.
If you have a question about a booking you’ve already made, cancellation, delay or refund, we suggest calling us.
Absolutely anyone can travel on the service.
Online bookings can be made by over 16s; a journey can also be booked on behalf of someone younger who'd like to use The Robin.
