Waiting Restrictions - Broadway Lane, South Cerney

Gloucestershire County Council is proposing to introduce No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on Various Roads, South Cerney, and No Waiting Monday-Friday 8am-6pm restrictions on Broadway Lane, South Cerney.

The restrictions are proposed in order to prevent inconsiderate and inappropriate parking, double parking, parking where it causes obstructions for passing vehicles (including emergency service vehicles) and cyclists. The restrictions also supplement Rule 242 (no parking where it causes an unnecessary obstruction of the carriageway) and Rule 243 of the Highway Code (no parking within 10 metres of or opposite a junction).
