30 & 40 MPH Speed Limits - Cirencester Road, Minchinhampton
Gloucestershire County Council is proposing to:
- Introduce an eastern extension to the existing 30mph speed limit as signed on site on Cirencester Road by revoking the existing 40mph speed limit in the section where there is streetlighting and introducing a 30mph speed limit by virtue of street lighting (restricted road); and
- Rectify anomalies between the existing 30mph speed limit by virtue of a Traffic Order and the on-site situation by revoking the existing Traffic Order and introducing a 30mph speed limit by virtue of street lighting (restricted road where there is street lighting); and
- Remake the extent of the existing 40mph speed limit
