30 & 40 MPH Speed Limits - Cirencester Road, Minchinhampton

Gloucestershire County Council is:

1. Introducing an eastern extension to the existing 30mph speed limit as signed on site on Cirencester Road by revoking the existing 40mph speed limit in the section where there is streetlighting and introducing a 30mph speed limit by virtue of street lighting (restricted road); and
2. Rectifying anomalies between the existing 30mph speed limit by virtue of a Traffic Order and the on-site situation by revoking the existing Traffic Order and introducing a 30mph speed limit by virtue of street lighting (restricted road where there is street lighting); and
3. Remaking the extent of the existing 40mph speed limit
