Under REPPIR 19, Magnox Ltd. is required to undertake an evaluation to identify any hazards at Berkeley Site that could potentially cause a radiation emergency. For any such hazards, Magnox Ltd. is required to look at the consequences of a radiation emergency and put the findings in a ‘Consequences Report’ for the County Council and Office for Nuclear Regulation.
