Why do we need one?
Under the Highways Act 1980 (Section 178) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (Section 65) local highway authorities must keep an accurate record of objects in the highway including any wires or cables across a highway.
How long will it take?
We will respond to your application within 5 working days.
How much will it cost?
There is a charge of £47.38 for each Licence on a single street (USRN). Any additional streets will incur an additional £5.15 fee.
Gloucestershire County Council will be the Data Controller for all personal data collected.
