ProContract is the online site where Gloucestershire County Council will publish all of its tender opportunities. It is a fully electronic process for advertising and for suppliers to submit their tender documents or quotations.
Supplying the south west is the portal – i.e. a gateway – that allows access to the ProContract site for tendering and quotations.
