How long we keep your information for:

Gloucestershire County Council’s Adult Education in Gloucestershire will keep your personal data for a minimum of 6 years plus the current financial year. We are required to keep this information for this long because of Gloucestershire County Council’s right to audit providers to ensure that no fraudulent claims are being made as per Gloucestershire County Council’s Local Provider Agreement. Data is securely deleted when it is no longer required for the purposes collected.
