The Gloucestershire County Councils Gender Pay Gap is less than the national public sector gender pay gap figures (ONS 2023 provisional).
We're proud to see a continuing reduction in our gender pay gap, but remain committed to eliminating the pay gap and other forms of inequality. The Office of National Statistics Annual Survey of hours and earnings in 2023 (provisional), reported the overall gender pay gap to be 14.3% median and the mean gender pay gap as 13.2%; with the public sector GPG as 14.0% median and 11.5% mean.
