As at 31 March 2025, GCC had a mean (average) gender pay gap of 1.3% and a median (mid-point) pay gap of 1.0%, mean down from 2.5% and median slightly up from 0.9% in March last year (2024).

This year’s figures continue a positive trend of year on year reductions in mean pay gap since 2019.
