'Fix My Street' The New Highways Reporting System Briefing

The new Highways reporting system 'Fix My Street' will be soft launching on the 18th September 2023 and will be rolled out to the public on or around the 2nd October 2023.
The purpose of the member briefing session will be to give a demonstration of how to use 'Fix my Street' including account set up and how to make a report. There will also be time for members to ask questions and to have assistance with setting up their account.
The two dates for the virtual training are:
Wednesday 27th September 2023 at 10-11am
Thursday 28th September 2023 at 4-5pm
Members only need to attend one of the training sessions.
A teams invitation has already been sent out.
