Privacy notices and consent

Before support is undertaken around any aspect of the Graduated Pathway, informed consent will need to be gained from the young person and family. Informed consent means the young person and family are able to fully understand the reasons for consent. There is an information sharing leaflet and consent form on the information for practitioners section of the Glos Families website.

Please review the service specific privacy notices to inform your ability to engage Children and Young People (CYP) and family with the Graduated Pathway. You should also consider if you have the consent of CYP (where Gillick competent) and the family.
