As a Team Administrator you will work in a locality team.
Team Administrators provide administrative support to social care staff, allowing them to focus on people first, therefore they are a vital team member. Team Administrators are at the forefront of customer interaction, in some cases even being the first voice that someone interacting with Adult Social Care will hear.
A Team Administrators role will involve a number of clerical duties to help with the smooth operation of administration, including working on reception, answering telephone calls, supporting on the referral centre and other ad-hoc duties.
