The Enablement Team is part of the learning disabilities Leadership team; however the team works countywide, across learning disabilities, locality and hospital teams in Adult Social Care. They work alongside a diverse group of adults across Gloucestershire.
The Enablement Assistant Manager line manages enablement coordinators, taking responsibility for their performance, quality of work and the effective deployment of resources. They maintain and encourage a team that promotes independence with a focus on prevent, reduce and delay. The Enablement Assistant manager leads, motivates and manages a team of unqualified staff.
