Scope

This policy is for staff working in services for adults with learning disabilities both in the C&ACD and 2gether. It will have different applications in different settings, depending on the degree of capacity involved.

This policy will also guide and inform the practice of independent and voluntary sector providers with whom C&ACD and 2gether contract for services.
